Want to Race BMX?

Well, here's what you will need to get started:

BMX Bike:

*Most 20" and 24" cruiser bicycles can be used for competition.  The bike must be in mechanically safe working condition.
*No kickstand, chain guard, reflectors, freestyle pegs or other protruding dangerous equipment can be attached.
*Number plate attached to your handlebars.  The track will supply a temporary one for you.

Rider Size: 4'-4'6" 

Junior 
Rider Size: 4'-4'10"

Expert 
Rider Size: 4'8"-5'4" 

Pro
Rider Size: 5'6"-5'10"

Pro XL 
Rider Size: 5'10"-6'1

  
Pro XXL
Rider Size: Over 6'

Helmet and Clothing Requirements:

*Helmet - a full-face or open face with a suitable mouth guard
*Long Pants
*Long Sleeves
*Closed-toe Shoes


National Bicycle League (NBL) Membership Options:

One-Day Trial Membership Options: 

**Free Race Coupon (can be found at some bike shops, one new bikes, available at local track)

ood for one-day  Free Trial Membership 
    -You must complete a license form before riding
                                                    
** Bring a Buddy Coupon  (You can get one of these from a licensed NBL rider)
     -Good for one-day Free Trial Membership
     -You must complete a license form the riding

30-Day Trial Membership:
-$30 good for 30-days, a low-cost, short-term option to see if you enjoy organized BMX
-Upgrade after 30-days to a Full Membership for an additional $20, and receive Full Membership Benefits

Full Membership:
-$50 Annual Membership Fee (good for 12 months from date license is signed)
-Full Membership Benefits:
   *Excess Sport Accident Insurance Coverage
   *Ability to compete in local, state, regional and national programs
   *Earn awards at all race events including trophies, plaques, clothing and even NBL Race bucks
     that can be used at various vendors.
